Make a claim
For your complaint to be considered make sure:
- - Your vehicle was offered in an eligible sale (CGV)
- - Your claim is not about mechanical parts if the vehicle has more than 160,000 km on the clock or is over 8 years old
- - Your claim is not about parts with mechanical wear
- - No repairs were undertaken on the vehicle without the consent of VPauto PRO
