Pick-up Procedure

Pick-up Voucher

After receiving payment, your pick-up voucher will be available in your customer account, usually within 7 business days. This document is required to collect your vehicle.

The Pick-up

* Deadline: You have 7 business days to collect your vehicle (12 business days for vehicles intended for the intra-Community market or for export) at the address indicated on the collection order. After this period, storage fees will be charged per business day.

* Pick-up Options:
- Pick-up in person
- Transport by a third party
- Transport via VPTrans

* Appointment Scheduling:
To ensure a smooth pick-up, you must schedule an appointment with the storage park at least 48 hours before pick-up. This ensures vehicle availability and avoids wait times.

- Driving license (if you are picking up the vehicle yourself)
- Vehicle insurance certificate (if you are picking up the vehicle yourself)

What should I do if I haven't received my pick-up voucher?

If you haven't received your mandatory pick-up voucher within 7 business days after payment, please contact our customer service to verify the sending and the email address used. Also, make sure to check your spam folder.

Can I leave with my vehicle on the day of the auction?

You can leave with a vehicle on the day of the auction only for public sales in the hall and under certain conditions (payment on the day of the sale and for a vehicle under €15,000).

Can I change the appointment for pick-up?

Yes, you can change your appointment by contacting the storage park, but make sure to do so at least 48 hours in advance.

What should I do if I'm unexpectedly late to pick up the vehicle?

If you're late, inform the storage park as soon as possible to arrange a later pick-up. Storage fees may apply if the original time is exceeded.

How much are the storage fees if I exceed the 7-day pick-up period?

The storage fees are €12.50 excluding VAT (or €15 including VAT) per calendar day after the 7 days allowed for pick-up. These fees must be paid before the vehicle can be collected.

Are there specific rules for exported vehicles?

Yes, for exported vehicles, an intra-community delivery certificate or a VAT exemption purchase certificate is required depending on your situation. These documents must be provided when picking up the vehicle. The pick-up period extends from 7 to 12 days in this case.

The storage park information, including the address, contact, and instructions for vehicle pick-up, is provided on your pick-up voucher.
